Job Purpose:  This is a senior management position responsible for designing and delivery of execution plans across Mumbai and Bangalore locations.  In partnership with the DGM - Projects, this position acts as gate keeper for design standard drives and conducts and implements design evaluation process with regional teams  Core Responsibility:  - Governs design presentations with sign off (Interior coordination, RCP, seating layout and block layout)  - Evaluate technical feasibility of projects - new and reinvestments.  - Modulate cost effective design templates and specifications including sourcing of designer materials, finishes and suppliers.  - Adherence to corporate policies and procedures to ensure consistency with agreed McDonald's standards  Project Management:  - Continually reviews, leads and conceptualises new design concepts in tune with new market trends and customer feedback.  - Prepares cost estimates, reviews project proposals from architects and consultants to generate value for money design concepts  - Coordinates and monitors project implementation to ensure the project runs in sync with timelines, ensuring low-cost-best-value approach.   - Provides inputs and constructive feedback on design with the Head execution.  - Ensures efficiency and quality standards are in line with McDonald's standards.  Candidate Qualification:  - B Arch, Interior Designer / Diploma Interior Designer with 8- 10 years experience (preferred min 5 years in retail handling in design and execution)  - Knowledge of MEP preferred.  Interested candidates are request to apply with their current salary details.
