Job Summary :
Responsible for designing & executing the Talent landscape for McDonald's India (South & West) and administer the People Processes for all Corporate Office Functions.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Design talent development initiatives and partner with domain experts/ learning specialists/ industry counterparts to enhance the effectiveness of learning programs.
2. Develop an effective Recruitment and Succession Planning Framework which is aligned to the Manpower Planning Framework.
3. Create and drive execution of people engagement processes for the organization.
4. Support restaurant solutions group in design and execution of talent management plans for restaurant employees.
5. Approve and validate the decision on partnering with external partners for consultative support (for both - Talent Acquisition and Management).
6. Plan, Approve and Track overall actuals vs budgeted spends on Talent Management and Acquisition initiatives
Job Location: Mumbai
Desired Education Qualification :
MBA/PG with a specialization in Human Resources from Tier I institute.
Experience:
5 - 8 years overall experience & 3 years at mid-managerial level with a good understanding of talent management. Should have had exposure to assessment centers, talent Management frameworks, and behavioral assessments.
