Candidate Qualification
- Master Degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
- At least 5 - 9 years overall experience & 3 years at mid-managerial level with good understanding of all HR verticals
- Should have experience in (a) HRIS implementation and (b) HRIS change management
- Should possess skills and have experience in project management
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and be able to influence senior management with strong logic and rationale
Job Profile
To create & manage a world-class HR Technology and workforce function at HRPL (McDonald’s – West & South)
HRIS implementation (Mandatory Experience)
1. Spearhead stabilization of newly implemented HRIS system
2. Responsible for the implementation effort and project management for all the HR Tools & modules in HRMS – time & attendance management, leave management, performance management, learning management etc.
3. Evaluate & implement new technologies & platforms to enable HR communications & People Management
4. Suggest and implement changes to business processes where HR systems can create efficiency – through software & analytics
5. Create synchronous linkages between all existing disparate HR systems and propose master plan for consolidation
Testing & Stabilization (Mandatory Experience)
1. Responsible for creation of BRD (business requirement documents), testing and UATs for the all the HR Tools
Change Management
1. Create and implement a change management plan for all implemented modules in HRIS
2. Liaison with Operations & Business HR to create and manage a cross-functional team to implement and manage change management at restaurants
3. Create process manuals and flowcharts in collaboration with the implementation partner
HR analytics
1. Create HR reports and tools to help business managers understand & use HR data effectively
2. Create an analytical tool in HR
