Job Summary :

Responsible for handling all BTL activities and implementing campaigns for the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage and implement all BTL (below-the-line) elements of agreed marketing programmes.

- Responsible for execution and evaluation of continuous improvement of all advertising, promotion and public relations.

- Responsible for the growth of various categories.

- Understand the market & the consumers.

- Responsible for tie ups & alliances both national & regional to promote the brand.

- Responsible for marketing activities for a target segment

- Responsible for developing the marketing plans for the segment including inputs on the marketing strategy, calendar of events, media plans, interaction with agencies, field programs etc.

- Coordinate with operations & other departments on the execution of marketing plans.

- Accountable for handling & leveraging the Brand - Ronald in conjunction with the public relations & corporate affairs team.

- Support the process for development, execution and evaluation of national and local media plans with reference to the strategic platforms

- Manage the process for development and execution of creatives [TV, radio, outdoor, print and restaurant merchandising etc]

- Manage the process for developing relationships with strategic business

- Manage the process for managing local media relations.

Job Location : Mumbai

Desired Education Qualification :

- PG/MBA in Marketing
