Job Summary:

- Services design controller for McDonalds restaurants

- Organizational Relationship & Reporting Structure

Reporting To : Associate Director Design & Purchase

Job Responsibilities:

Areas of Responsibility :

Description of responsibility:

Planning/ Strategy 3-1-Q :

1. Understands and implements the 3-1-Q plan.

2. Execution of the quarter-on-quarter plan.

Key functional responsibilities :

3. Ensures QC & T standards for all services. (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire suppression, Gas bank, Security systems, Filtration systems & IT systems).

4. Creates detailed design for all services.

5. Obtains sign off on the drawings.

6. Manage and control energy consumption through efficient design.

7. Prepares & recommends the standard budget for services based on current McDonalds \ standards and specification.

8. Presents rate contract and presents it to Design & Purchase Lead on an annual basis for services

9. Identifies and builds a network of consultant for MEP for the region

10. Designs and presents a training programme for execution team on MEP

11. Ensures EVA of Store Energy consumption to be +/-5 %.

Job Requirements :

Educational Qualification Mandatory : Bachelors Electrical or Mechanical

Specific Certification (if Any) : NA

Preferred Total Experience : 5 - 6 Years

Preferred Relevant Experience : 3+ years in MEP design with Retail organization
