McDonald's - Deputy Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - MIS

1. Provide necessary inputs for the Annual Financial plan. Develop systems and softwares for compiling and analysing the Financial Plan

2. Update of quarterly projections on a regular basis to project expected quarter & annual results.

3. Release of monthly MIS reports and other analytical reports. Provide financial analytics and insights support to leadership and thereby supporting the decisions that provide direction to the organization. Monitor performance measures that are critical to company's strategic direction

4. Develop Financial Models for projections, planning as well as customised Business Cases. Work on key financial metric analysis to support financial decision making

5. Manage the Internal MIS system to generate timely and accurate MIS reports

6. Partner with Strategic Planning function in preparation of trend, variance & RCA reports on financial results, costs (operating & capex), revenues, cost to income ratio, profitability ratio to give clarity on the financial health of the business to top management

7. Work closely with Head McOpco accounting and other business functions to proactively provide financial insights, assess financial deviations in 'Planned Vs Actuals' , analyze the reasons and suggest steps for course correction

8. Work towards identifying means for cost optimization and focus on continual improvement in financial health of the organization

9. Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
