Detailed knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Retail, Finance, SCM modules

Reporting to - Sr. Manager - Enterprise Solutions

Responsibilities :

1. SPOC for business operations and the stakeholders for anything related to ERP

2. Drive solutions for business problems with the partners

3. Understand the entire ERP system and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 F&O issues

4. Act in a techno-functional capacity to deal with business stakeholders

Educational Qualification : Master's degree in Computer applications or Business administration

Certification (Optional) : Analytics and AWS Certifications, Good to have established credentials in data analytics competitions
