Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide necessary inputs to build and own the responsibility of the three year strategic plan.
2. Lead execution of the quarter-on-quarter plan for the year.
3. Enable achievement of business targets by working through multiple cross functional teams for our online business.
4. Review and monitor implementation of initiatives to ensure attainment of goals.
5. Work closely with cross functional groups for enablement of business goals through trials, innovation & process improvement initiatives.
6. Evaluate key performance indicators to suggest areas of opportunity.
7. Review and approve proposed alliances with vendors/partners.
8. Develop a strong professional relationship with industry associations and vendors/partners to achieve business goals.
9. Work closely with cross functional teams to influence solutions on key business challenges and facilitate attainment of business goals.

Desired Education Qualification : Post Graduate in Marketing or Operations
