Job Summary :
Responsible for designing core curriculum and training courses basis business requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design communication for cascading key information
- Use rapid development authoring tools, development of course materials that are functional, intuitive, and consistent with sound instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Evaluate instructional effectiveness of the communication offered.
- Consult with SME and/or department leaders to develop and evaluate content, materials, methods, and communication techniques.
- Apply instructional design and adult learning theory to propose solutions that are cost-effective, easy-to-create/maintain/scale, visually and instructionally compelling.
- Design creative and interactive content including demos, job aids, surveys, quizzes, pre and post-tests, and learning activities

Desired Education Qualification :
- Post graduate with a certification in Instructional Designing
