Hiring dynamic individual (female preferred) for the role. The person will be responsible for ensuring execution and transformation of sales strategies in the in the N&E Retail (MT and TT) business (~ 10k MT). Role holder will be responsible for driving Sales strategies as the custodian of sales & distribution in line with the Transformation strategy in the region to deliver superior business results with a highly capable & engaged team of employees.

- Develop McCain business in N&E Region to achieve short and long term objectives along with planning and leading new business opportunities. Responsible for planning and driving sales revenue in designated area.

- Accountable for profitability, along with short and long term business objectives.

- Efficient distribution and sales management by identifying opportunities for better distribution mechanism.


- Lead process for aligning existing distributors with business objectives and goals and guide and monitor team towards distribution opportunity mapping and identifying solution partner.


- Establish objectives and processes for distributor appointment and manage and structure key points of operation around distribution management like ROI, investment components, margins, scope of business growth

- Gain knowledge and comprehend the business mechanism and methodologies along with understanding the pulse of the business and implementing them efficiently in daily business initiatives.

- Improving inventory management and minimizing wastage of resources by efficient collaboration with SCM to aid in swift distribution and transportation.

- Building effective teams and direct teams towards business objectives by collaboration.

- Budgeting expenses and coordinating national accounts and overlooking the roles and responsibilities of the Area Managers/ Territory Managers.

- Manage and structure key points of operations around distribution management like investment component, margins, scope of business & growth.

- Train and mentor teams on products, systems and processes. Coach and mentor direct reports

- Work with HR and HO Sales to upgrade infra-structure and capability of field force of the region with effective recruitment, training and succession plans for execution excellence

Technical Competencies :

- Knowledge of TT and MT Channel

- GTM transformation

- Trade Marketing

- Geographical knowledge of N&E India Region
