This position is responsible to deliver business goal on online sales and awareness. Directly responsible for the- Channel volume, share and profitability- for the India E-commerce business and lead the digital strategy for the entire Retail business. Ownership of creating ecommerce strategy across B2C channels - account management strategy, joint business planning and execute the plans to support the annual operating plans for the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams & regions to execute plans to grow the business exponentially..
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Build McCain retail overall ecommerce strategy to drive the brand presence and conversions through the online channels
- Strategize to build & grow McCain retail business exponentially in the short & long term on e-commerce platform by driving key e-commerce fundamentals
- End to end responsibility of McCain's online presence from- website & ecommerce
- Drive traffic, conversions and shopper engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable business growth for McCain on e-commerce
- Lead, Implement, negotiate and manage JBPs to deliver mutually profitable sales growth
- Manage "terms of trade" with e-commerce customers with win-win situation on customer expectations & McCain margin requirements
- Design & execute RER initiatives to drive recruitment, expansion and share retention goals in-line with channel strategy
- Track, review and drive category-wise growths and shares at e-commerce accounts
