Category & Innovation Manager - Marketing
- Responsible to develop plans and execute Category and Innovation based projects.
- Incumbent will champion Category strategy, brand activations and McCain India global Innovation initiatives from Conceptualization to Development to Marketing.
- You will support the business Growth by participating in brand strategy discussions, understanding consumer needs for development of new concept & products.
- You would work closely with the research team & R&D for product development & consumer testing.
- You will be required to drive the Marketing Communication through collaboration with agencies on, packaging, collaterals, activation and PR. Work with various stakeholders to ensure success of Marketing initiatives.
- Drive 360-degree brand campaigns, heading a P&L for marketing budget including digital spends
- Planning and implementing marketing strategy collaborating with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing all agencies pertaining to content creation, media buying, promotional events, customer research, PR including print media, and trade marketing partners (OOH, OTT and ATL etc)
- Responsible for driving the revenue growth in specific consumer segments by designing consumer value proposition through extensive insights

- Organizing and executing the Product Launch Events, Loyalty Schemes for channel partners, designing festive and mega offers.
- Building brand assets for key accounts, revamping microsites for generating leads, and managing loyalty program for retaining the customers
- Launching multi-platform digital activations to drive awareness, reach and generating leads in line with the business objectives
- Developing concept & product conducting relevant researches to gain Consumer and Operator insights
- Developing, implementing and executing strategies and initiatives for the Indian market in Food Service channels.
- Developing and executing new launches while working with the cross functional team for Product development
- Work closely with the global research & R&D Team on the global projects
- Analyzing market and category dynamics
- Controlling the marketing budget to maximize its return of investment
- Participating in Demand Planning and S&OP processes
