Responsible for 50% Portfolio of McCain India. Primary purpose of the role is to develop strategy and execution plan to grow consumption and increase penetration of the said category with focus on the P&L management.

Key Deliverables:

- Responsible for the 50% of category- business, brand, innovation P&L

- Brand owner for McCain brand and 50% of category-Prepare, evaluate and implement marketing programs (for example, TV, digital, PR and in store) working with our agency partners

- Developing, implementing and executing strategies and initiatives for the Indian market in Retail channels.

- Developing the innovation pipeline, launch new product, including research, product development, packaging design and consumer activation.

- Provide in-depth analysis of the marketplace through consumer research/data and competitive trends- responsible for thinking and execution of insights

- Supporting the commercial team with Consumer insights

- Analyzing market and category dynamics

- Controlling the marketing budget to maximize its return on investment

- Leading the Demand Planning and S&OP processes for the category

- Lead the media and digital objective setting and monitor execution
