As a "Great place to work" we are hiring for ASM - Hyderabad for GT, MT & Ecommerce channel. The position is responsible for identification/ analysis/ forecasting of business opportunities, mobilizing the sales team and other internal cross functional teams/ Channel Partners/ Critical Trade Partners, towards the achievement of defined business objectives (at geography/ category/ Product level and also in relation to implementation of systems & processes), through systematic planning, structured execution and effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Business planning, forecasting and delivery of short term & long terms objectives (volume/ revenue/ growth/ systems & processes) at geography/ channel (GT/ MT/ E-Commerce)/ account/ category/ product level
- Driving sales team efficiency through effective utilization of sales enablers like DMS/ SFA by the sales team/ channel partners
- Guiding the team towards expansion of distribution footprint, while managing effective coverage in both TT & MT stores through efficient distribution system
- Distributor appointment in line with desired business objectives and maintaining a robust and efficient Channel Partner network, through effective engagement and measures around healthy ROI management in line with defined business objectives/ processes
- Identification of brand building/ BTL activation opportunities and coordinating with relevant stakeholders (sales team/ marketing team/ external agencies) for timely and effective execution of these activities in line with business objectives/ priorities
- Guiding the team (sales team/ channel partners) to develop high level of engagement and strong working relationships with trade partners (GT/ MT & Ecommerce accounts/ stores) to influence in-store fundamentals of assortment and Share of Shelf, in order to deliver targeted volumes and market share
- Freezer governance (Identification of new potential asset deployment opportunities, along with optimum utilization of all previously deployed assets in trade)
- Timely planning, aligning internal stakeholders on long term/ short term interventions on trade input/ off-role team incentive and effective execution thereof, within agreed budgetary limits, to ensure delivery of business objectives
- Coordinating with internal/ external stakeholders for aiding in timely and smooth third party payroll management
- Coordinating with concerned internal/ external stakeholders for ensuring timely closure of on-roll/ off-role team vacancies in the assigned geography to ensure seamless business continuity
