Objectives of the Job :
- Leading SAP functional and technical teams to deliver development and support services for finance templates like CoFiCo/SBISS
- Team Lead: Recruit, train and mentor team; responsibility for appraisal and growth of team members
- Member of the IT/QIG Leadership Team: Contribute to the evolution, definition and implementation of the department strategy;
- Responsible for the financial management for the team (Operational Planning, 1/2EA, Budget, reporting, Procurement, Service Agreements, PR/PO Process etc.)
- Responsibility to drive, develop and maintain high quality SAP developments
- Responsibility to lead and/or to support international and local projects.
- High intercultural competencies to ensure a close working and relationship model with our IT-partners worldwide (stakeholder management).
- Responsibility to handle new demands and/or critical incidents e.g. Prio1, MIM

Education - Any Graduate, Post Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance preferable
Experience :
No of Years: 15+
Very good background in People management, International Project and Client Management, Service Management, Financial Management, Reporting, Contract Management, Quality Management, SAP program management, Service Delivery, Service Operations, ITIL Framework, 2nd & 3rd level support, 24x7 operations incl. Inc/Chg/Prob Management (ITIL)

Service Operations: Provide 24- 7 support to critical finance applications with a mix of internal and external teams
Service Delivery: Provide application development services with highest quality using agile and SDLC frameworks
Program & Project Management : Planning, Scheduling, Risk Management, Costing, Tracking & Reporting for a Portfolio of Services or Projects
Team Management : Recruitment, Mentoring, Team Building, Conducting Appraisals
Specific Knowledge: (Skill / Languages etc.)
- Should be well versed with setting up and running of Services from Offshore
- Should have deep understanding of ITIL service operations
- Should have very good experience in managing large SAP engagements and should have understanding of the emerging technologies in SAP
- Hands-on in Team Management, Finance Management and Project Management
- Knowledge of German knowledge would be a plus
- International exposure is mandatory
Main Task Description :
- Team Leading responsibility (People Planning, Budget Planning and Reporting, Target setting, trainings, mentoring, appraisals)
- Service Management (Maintain, develop and expand the established services for all customers worldwide, Service Agreement responsibility)
- Support and drive the department strategy
- Establishing a stable service operations and service delivery for the area of responsibility.
- Set-up and run a stable 24x7 service operations team for L2/L3 support services
- Support department and CoC initiatives
- Contribute to the business development
