DM/Manager required in Infrastructure Advisory team | Mazars India

Education Qualification : MBA with Graduation in Commerce Stream

Experience : Consulting, Strategy, Project Appraisals, Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, Business Plan Analysis, Detailed Project Report etc.

Role and Experience Details :

- Ability to manage and implement assigned tasks with least supervision

- Strong Commercial Acumen

- Ability to manage and handle client expectations

- Experience of managing a team of 3-5 professionals

- Review of Business Plans / Financial Plans of the Corporates

- Business and Financial Due Diligence

- Understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges etc. of the Corporations / Entities

- Perform company and industry research with detail analysis of company's financial statements and projections

- Assist and support the seniors in research, data gathering and analysis

- Lead proposal preparation and in-house research needed for business development

- Interacting with the Client (front end) for the project

- Report Writing and Presentations

Skills and Qualifications :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong numerical & analytical skills and sound commercial acumen

- A good working knowledge of financial analysis

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)

- Commercial outlook with understanding of the business and economic environment

- Ability to work independently and as a team player and adaptability to meet tight deadlines and demanding requirements
