Senior Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) Implementation Role

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of an IPMS solution to effectively manage and protect our organization's intellectual property assets.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, and business units, to ensure a successful implementation and integration of the IPMS system. As a Senior IPMS Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our intellectual property management practices and maximizing the value of our intellectual assets.

Responsibilities:

- IPMS Implementation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation strategy for the IPMS system, considering the organization's intellectual property management objectives, compliance requirements, and business needs.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including legal teams, IT professionals, and business units, to understand their requirements and ensure their buy-in and support throughout the implementation process.

- System Configuration and Customization: Work closely with technical teams and vendors to configure and customize the IPMS system according to the organization's intellectual property management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Data Migration: Oversee the migration of intellectual property data from legacy systems or manual processes into the IPMS system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.

- Training and User Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end users on the functionality and benefits of the IPMS system, driving user adoption and ensuring effective utilization of the system.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Intellectual Property Management).

- Proven experience in successfully implementing and integrating intellectual property management systems, preferably at a senior or leadership level.

- In-depth knowledge of intellectual property management practices, processes, and legal requirements.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines effectively.

- Proficiency in working with IPMS software and related tools, with experience in system configuration and customization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, legal professionals, IT teams, and end-users.

- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving organizational environment
