- Leveraging your expertise in the IP domain, you will oversee a team of Data Migration specialists, guiding them in analyzing, mapping, and transforming data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process.

- Additionally, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of automation systems, streamlining data migration tasks, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Data Mapping and Transformation:.

- Develop comprehensive data mapping and transformation plans to align data from other IP solutions in the market with the data model of the company's software solution.

- Ensure that IP-related data elements are accurately mapped and transformed to maintain data integrity and consistency during migration.

Competitor Data Analysis:.

- Lead the analysis of data structures, formats, and schemas from other Intellectual Property (IP) solutions in the market.

- Understand the unique data models and features of these systems to devise effective migration strategies.
