JOB SUMMARY:

- Drive the strategy and revenue for CEIP, AAP, LPC and SOW channels. Lead the development of these channels and drive productivity with the objective of supporting the organizational plans via increasing revenue, profitability and share of the Agency business.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

- Responsible for all strategic revenue generating channels in Agency ( LPC, CEIP, AAP & SOW)

- Achieve business targets

- Develop new internal markets

- Enhance account share

- Supervision across zones

- Design and implement effective R&R Programs

- Structure, design and customize new products and plans

- Market sensing/research and analysis

- Manage persistency benchmarks through strong renewal focus through own team

- Introduce and run effective feedback mechanism (employees, client, market)

- Build an effective and stable team

- Ensure timely recruitment of team

- Alignment with support functions (working with & through others)

- Contribute to developing talent pool and leadership pipeline

- Ensure adequate and timely marketing support

- Training & Development of team

- Help build best in class operations and service delivery through constant feedback and implementation support.

- Manage compliance and financial risks

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

- Preferably a post graduate

- At least 15 years of experience in Sales

- Not less than a Sr.RM/RM/ Head of Channel in the current structure

- At least 18 months in current role
