Job Description:
MAX Security is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Senior Security Consultant. High integrity, leadership and relevant professional experience in Physical Security Consultancy are must to join our consultancy team.
Position will be based at Head Office in Mumbai, with (potential) frequent travel out of Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Security Design
- Working directly with internal and external clients and their stakeholders to establish client requirements and to successfully deliver projects.
- Creating proposals and SOWs, responding to RFPs.
- Developing Security Packages that include: Physical Security & Security System Designing, Emergency Response Plans, Incident Response Plans, Security Assessment Plans, Security Audit and Assessment Reports.
- Assist in the review and analysis of Security Packages for completeness and compliance.
- Collaborate across multiple internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work.
- Establish Security standards and procedures to minimize risks.
- Present proposals, assessment and design to clients.
- Drive working sessions with client to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met.
- Demonstrate ability to lead projects through the project lifecycle from initiation to project closure.
- End-to-end project life-cycle management including planning, execution and closeout.
Skills Required:-
- A proven track record in the field of Security consultancy and design services.
- Training experience and the ability to present to clients a must.
- High level of commercial awareness and proven experience in business development
- Excellent technical knowledge of security systems, physical security and security operations especially in the following areas but not restricted to the list:
Electronic security systems and integration
Control room design
Perimeter protection and hostile vehicle mitigation
Critical infrastructure security
- Good IT skills - must be well versed in office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player able to work well with others in a collaborative manner and is a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to interact with clients and represent organisation in a professional manner.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
Personality traits:
- High level proficiency in English; talking, reading and writing.
Knowledge of additional languages would be beneficial.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast pace environment
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Goal oriented with the desire to progress.
- Ability to work under pressure within tight timelines and meet commitments.
- Hardworking, trustworthy and self-motivated.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
