Job Summary
Responsible for Ideating and Implementing Strategic Initiatives for Customer Advisory team channel by partnering closely with other functions in the organization and focusing on the following core areas:
- New business model and market testing
- Smart customer targeting through analytics and market intelligence
- Frontline tech enablement to allow need-based selling
- Initiatives to improve Sales efficiency / Productivity
- Sales Training
- Customer Engagement
- Intersection Management with other functions like Product and Marketing
- Growth in new markets
- New product launch
- Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Participate in annual strategic & business planning for the channel in line with company's objective
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key objectives and MOS of the Channel are met
- Design and implement key strategic levers for organization and channel priorities
- Build strong relationship with all cross functional teams and influence them for prioritization of key initiatives
- Tap the market (Smart customer targeting) through analytics driven solicitation, sales tools, launch & drive targeted initiatives for Affluent & top city customers
- Leverage technology enablement for exploring need based selling potentially through a tablet based solution for FOS
- Develop and attain key performance indicators and management information to monitor the business quality, portfolio management and performance efficiency
- Explore new/improved market and distribution opportunities for strategic and financial growth of the channel
- Responsible for execution of new initiatives by partnering closely with internal stake holders at Channel / Zone level
- Develop and drive sales contests to maintain high motivation levels in the sales force
