Key Responsibilities :
Drive Strategic Initiatives / Projects / High impact programs across Banca & PD
- Work closely with Channel leaders and partners on identification and implementation of New Initiatives / Projects planned in FY 22/projects under OA
- Explore Cross sell opportunities for Peerless and UCB at specific customer touchpoints across the customer lifecycle e.g. Maturity, Post renewal payment, life events etc.
- Structured reviews to be planned with Channel head and leaders
- Timely reporting, monitoring and analysis for actions and expected outcomes
- Participate in critical forums such as Vishwaas, Customer Council etc on behalf of Banca and drive actions accordingly
Operational excellence :
- Drive Persistency, GIR, E2R, CDR, insta COI, insta FR for YBK and relevany channels
Drive Digital initiatives across Channels and Partners:
- Enhancements in system to be identified and taken up with IT
- Timely implementation & adoption of key digital assets (mPro, mPower, One CRM etc.)
- CRM enhancements across channels including CRM integration with Yes bank
- End to end Sales management leveraging OneCRM
- Liaison with bank/partner for new digital enhancements
- Jointly create proposals for integration journeys with the partner (new business, renewals, servicing) on website, Net Banking and mobile banking.
- Ensuring timely resolution to all digital asks from partners and internal prioritization to deliver in time
Partner Relationship management :
- Work closely with Business and partners on identification and implementation of New Initiatives / Projects planned in FY 21
- Liaison with respective functions for specific asks and drive delivery
- Ensure timely closure and updation
- Manage partner expectations with reference to the channel
- Hold responsibility of Monthly FWG with bank and other critical forums like customer council
- Participate in critical forums such as Vishwaas, Customer Council etc on behalf of Banca and drive actions accordingly
Measures of Success :
- Sales upside from new initiatives as baked into plan
- Achievement of department goals on customer measures
- Successful and timely launch of initiatives / projects/ High impact programs as per plan.
- Drive Persistency, GIR, E2R, CDR, insta COI, insta FR for YBK and relevany channels as per given targets
- Track key enhancements to delivery
- Structured launch, adoption & benefit tracking process for new enhancements
- Achievement of digital adoption targets across channels
