KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for enhancing people capability with Growth Leadership content, capturing and documenting best practices, regular content update and dissemination to the field
- Develop and design chapters/modules on selected Job To Be Done
- Document leadership practices by conducting one on one Interviews from different leadership groups at Office leadership, Branch leadership and Home Office level etc.
- Regular update of best practices and sign off from leadership
- Regular adoption update to field
- Responsible for conducting Training Need Analysis with stakeholders to understand the root cause of the business problem and provide training solutions
- Developing TNA questionnaire
- Regular field visits or connects to understand effectiveness of current training modules
- Collate observations and submit recommendation to Content development team and training delivery team
- Set-up system and processes for on-going feedback to determine gaps or skill enhancement requirements on regular basis for continuous improvement.
- Regular governance and communication to manage end to end program delivery
- Circulation of adoption reports
- R&R for field on Growth Leadership Practices.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Content Writing, Blogging, Sales Training and Sales
- Worked in Insurance Industry and relevant experience in different distribution channels
