JOB SUMMARY
- Assist in developing efficient & sustainable Training Structure for Home Office
- The incumbent will be responsible for designing and conducting training programmes
- For employees in the Home office and Business Partners
- Refresher programs or introduction to new processes for existing employees
- Managing training MIS and Vendor Payments
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in conducting training need analysis and establish
- Training gaps
- Design & Prepare training curriculum for
a)Existing employees
b)Coordinate with Managers, Function heads to understand Training needs.
- up-to-date with latest in competition and financial markets.
- Develop & enhance core competence of Home Office staff focused towards Customer Centricity & Skill enhancement.
a)Follow role based certification for home office employees.

c) Functional Trainings
d) System Trainings
e) On-job-training
f) Customer Centricity Programs
f) Behavioral Programs
- Handle all logistics and administration matters
- Assist in creating Process Manuals, Intranet Sites for quality learning and constantly update
- Generate & publish MIS at the desired frequency
- Spread awareness & usage of Knowledge Bridge across the home office.
- Assist in preparing and driving e-Learning modules/strategy across the home office.
- Proper alignment with all stakeholders to drive training programs with business partners.
- Should have flair towards content development and related areas.
- Dynamic in time management skill and priorities set.
- Ability to work with the team and deliver time bound result.
Measures of Success
- Number of Training Programs Rolled out
- Timeliness of the Programs rolled out
- Employees Coverage % across the home office and business partners.
- Managing stakeholders expectations.
- Feedback on training conducted from participants and supervisors
- Quality of process manuals and how up-to-date they are
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS
- Self Assessment scores of Various Functional Tests.
- Query management System TAT and Quality
- All ILT session should have 4.2 minimum rating.
- Improvement on various parameters on which training intervention is done.
- Special focus on Business Partners and timely deliveries of training program.

Desired qualification and experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- At least 7-8 years of experience in training, Operations, preferably in skills and on-the-job training. Should also have some exposure to documenting processes
