A.Launch products and increase LI penetration across segments with Bank partners: Develop and manage campaigns for new/ existing products in addition to segment specific campaigns.
B.Work with the Bank to Activate various sellers and visibilise the MLIC brand.
C.Product : Work with the product and distribution teams and develop campaigns to enhance product penetration across seller segments.
E.Marketing / Brand:
- Work towards achieving the brand consideration scores through sustained customer/ prospect programs with the partners
- Keep in view brand scores for action planning and initiatives across zones/ circles
- Integrate all communication so that it is commensurate with the Brand thought
- Keep in view the Brand guidelines and ensure quality output
- Monitor & Benchmark all communication in the Banca space to identify opportunities
F. Spends management:
- Program planning and execution within budgets
- Ensure maximum cost efficacy of marketing budgets
- Monitor spends to remain within limits
G.Compliance with Regulatory and Legal guidelines:
- Use & File of all customer facing marketing collaterals
- Documentation and Management of Customer Facing Communication
- Work with legal and compliance to ensure all communication is approved
- Work with the actuarial teams to ensure compliance for filing requirements
H.Creative Agency Management:
- Provide timely Briefs to Ad Agencies and Vendors
- Work towards Quality Output and continuous feedback to the creative agencies
- Planning & managing timely delivery of campaigns with the creative agency
