Job Summary: Clear Understanding of brands rind brand guidelines to develop/ adapt creative's. Can brief and coordinate with a creative agency. Work and coordinate with Distribution channels and various other functions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Management - Insight mining, developing propositions, campaign development & execution, driving recruitment, internal project launches. Explore opportunities to visible Max Life Brand at Partner's properties. Understanding of Brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
2. Product Marketing - Conceptualizing, developing & executing the go to market plan for all the products. Provide complete marketing support to Channel Partners, Group Business, HO Corporate.
- Briefing Creative Agency on Product Leaflet or related collaterals as per brand guidelines, ensuring all internal approvals on Legal & Compliance front. Product website updation as per guidelines.
- Teamwork closely with Product Development Team, Distribution and Training to spearhead successful New Product Launches - Concept Development, Product Positioning and Packaging. Development of sales enablers - sales stories, product solutions, videos, sales tools etc
3. Activation - Vendor management- managing advertising agency, BTL agencies, and other vendors to manage the marketing campaigns. Conceptualizing and executing campaigns for revenue enhancement and customer engagement. Develop communication strategy Branch Activision, seller activation etc, Plan and develop lead generation campaigns and consumer engagement through branch/community level events Increase Insurance Penetration in among various business vertical
Measures of Success :
1. Increase in brand consideration scores
2. Timely delivery of creatives for Product launch and various Recruitment and Sales activation to support distribution channels meet business numbers
3. Smart Budget control within assigned limits
Desired experience: 6-7 years of experience
Knowledge and skills required: MBA in Marketing or Post Graduate.
