Product:
Lead new product positioning, and see it all the way through launch and sustenance of the product
Refine and improve existing products, in line with internal or regulatory changes in order to strengthen Products go- to-market strategy
Drive conceptualisation and implementation of new sales stories for sellers, in conjunction with Products and Distribution Team
Identify new product and growth opportunities for the company via in depth assessment of international and domestic product trends
Ensure deployment of all product related marketing collateral in distribution, digital and training functions
Distribution:
Effectively engage with all distribution channels, and bake selling practices and inputs into new product development and current product improvement
Work with research and products to test efficacy of new product and sales stories with sellers and bake inputs into positioning and go to market
Enhance seller efficacy by conceptualizing and developing new sales aids/tools to enhance seller productivity
Gather Best practices of distribution selling within the Industry and outside, to enhance marketing support with respect to product selling.
Desired Candidate's profile:
1. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma preferably MBA.
2. Ideally 5-7 years of work experience in a product marketing assignment or someone with past exeprience in product marketing and part in sales ( Solution selling) or in product development role.
3. Candidate to be preferably from financial sector. If not, then from B2C service industries.
