Manager - Compliance
Job Responsibility :
Effectively Manage My voice process :
- Timely login of cases being reported in My Voice
- Publish periodic dashboard to all stakeholders
- Publish periodic dashboard to management
- Strong exception reporting
- Timely case assignment of all reports being published by respective investigation units within Max Life Insurance
Conduct Fraud Investigation process for Distribution Channels :
- Conduct in-depth Fraud investigations and ensure holistic, appropriate & precise completion.
- Investigation Reports on the erring Agents / Sales personnel are submitted in a timely manner.
- All sales malpractices cases are adequately investigated and work with Legal/ HR/ Management in determining impropriety committed.
Identify process gaps/ failures within distribution and other internal departments; thereby recommend preventive measures to help mitigate such issues in future. Close looping of recommended measures with other departments.
Drive Culture :
- Drive compliance culture in the organization through periodic communication
- Drive compliance culture in the organization through structured class room sessions to be delivered
Dash boarding Activity :
- Manage MIS and Dash boarding for CIU
- Timely reporting to all stakeholders including the management
- Maintain quality check within the team and publish dashboard periodically
Desired Experience :
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Demonstrated skills in fraud detection and investigation / Compliance Monitoring/ Complaint Handling/ Quality controls
- 5 -7 years of relevant experience
- Should be willing to travel when required.
