Designation - Deputy Manager - Procurement

Location - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Procurement of common services for Line Of Business (Marketing, Facility department ,Big ticket MICE, training program for agency / Banca Channel / HR, Ops Printing / outsourcing – variable data printing and business critical contracts )

- Develop new vendors and consolidate volume/ vendors for category / Sub category under role

- Lead key initiatives , take full responsibilty of the projects handled and keep users posted on the developments ( also at Group Level )

- Co-ordinate with legal department and take inputs before contract closures

- Has knowledge of SLA , RFQ and term sheet to solicit sourcing

- Selection of suppliers who can provide goods/services in accordance with the needs of the internal customers, negotiate rates, set up contracts and manage supplier relationships.

- Develop purchasing strategies and establish advanced procurement solutions to meet MNYL’s business goals.

- Achieve given business targets on SLAs, Cost reduction and key control indicators.

- Manage and maintain internal customer, supplier relationships and customers at group level

- High level of internal customer orientation, proactive approach and focus on meeting agreed SLAs.

- Meet all statutory and legal compliance requirements for procurement

Essential qualifications and experience : Qualification - must have

- Graduate in Commerce / Cost accounting or Engineering with MBA ( regular stream)

Experience

- 6 to 8 years in services procurement domain.

- Mandatory experience of driving supplier selection, negotiations, purchase order management, contracts negotiation, supplier management.
