JOB SUMMARY:
- Role is a combination of HR Business Partner (For the HR Function with the head count of 125+ people, spread across the country) and People Strategy role (For Distribution /Sales functions) for Max Life Insurance.
- This role is meant for someone who aspires to create an organizational level impact, has an outside in perspective, analytical acumen, strong communication skills (verbal & written), storytelling, Innovative bent of mind & is a team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding:
- Enable recruitment and selection of right talent
- Responsible for smooth on-boarding of new hires & transfer cases through effective induction/assimilation plans.
Talent Management & Development:
- Lead planning & execution of OTR (Organization Talent Review), Execute Outcomes & track progress.
- Create/build succession pipeline & career plan for Best Bets and critical roles.
- Proactively identify & execute L&D initiatives in collaboration with CoE team to build capabilities within the Function
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Responsible for designing and executing employee engagement agenda for the function (Includes regular Zone visits)
- Drive employee engagement survey (action planning & execution)
- Ensure proactive employee communication on process, policies & org initiatives
- Handling employee grievances & ensuring timely resolution
Performance Management:
- Planning & Implementation of Performance Management cycle
- Assist the function heads & HRLT in making rating, promotion & compensation allocation related decisions in line with org philosophy
Exit Management:
- Conducting proactive retention /exit interviews and attrition analysis
- Timely inputs to HR Ops team on Stop salary & F&F Settlement
Designing the People Strategy for the channel:
- Work with business & HR Leaders to create people strategy for Distribution (Sales Functions)
- Study external/market trends & make proactive recommendations
- Help Filed HR Teams to execute the plans through effective project management
RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:
- Management graduate with 8 - 10 years of experience (MBA Tier1)
