Department : Human Resources (Total Rewards &amp; Analytics) Location HO - Gurgaon Designation - AVP Total Rewards &amp; Analytics Job Summary: Responsible for bringing in market driven insights for designing and driving a Total Rewards framework at Max Life. Support in design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits. Works closely with CVP-HR, HRBPs and business heads to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives, are market competitive and meet statutory requirements. Support in annual HR budgeting exercise and market benchmarking. Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables: Compensation : - Provide support on designing, implementing and effectively communicating Total Rewards framework for the organization. - Monitors the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs, market competitiveness, regulatory compliances and the organization's ability to attract and retain quality talent - Support channels in design and implementation of Incentive schemes/ programs - Provide support on annual/ mid-year reviews - Ensure timely payouts as per the process - Work closely with patch owners &amp; business HR to streamline the monthly and annual promotion process and related payroll inputs - Provide compensation related advisory on hiring - Lead market benchmarking exercise for the organization Policies &amp; Benefits: - Provide support on review and design of HR policies and benefits; bring market driver insights. - Support in the formulation of reward recognition and benefits strategies aligned business needs and develop and manage related policy and procedures and systems. - Supporting policy communication programs/ HRBP queries and other exception requirements from time to time Performance Management: - Bring market driven insights on enhancement of the performance management process - Work with the team on executing the PMS process (goal setting, reviews) for all levels - Analysis of PMS data through prescribed sanity check - Resolution of employee queries External Competitiveness: - Extend support on market compensation benchmarking with external vendor - Develop strong industry connects/ networks for best practices sharing and gathering market insights for informed decision making on policies/ structures and similar requests, as required. - Support on job evaluation and banding HR Budgeting, Analytics and Cost Management: - Partner with business HR to create the annual budget including manpower requirement and associated costs - Provide regular dashboards to track plan vs actual - Prepare monthly/ quarterly dashboards in partnership with Finance on cost-saving opportunities - Track key projects aligned with cost savings areas identified - Share MIS / dashboard with HRLT and business HR - Summary dashboards for key business heads - Annual manpower planning - Ensure that all hiring etc. is within agreed budget Business Partnership: - Work closely with HR business heads, HR business partners, business heads for creating a compelling Total Compensation framework, strongly linked to pay for performance and support it by effective communication to drive the change. - Work closely with business HR and co-create career progression plans. - Manage regular reporting and data analytics related to C&amp;B and PMS processes - Prepare change communication materials and lead/co-facilitate sessions on C&amp;B topics (as required) Job Specifications: Educational Background: Post graduate in HR Work Experience: 10-12 years of experience
