JOB SUMMARY
The job holder will be primarily responsible for designing, developing, monitoring and fulfilling Sales Promotion initiatives for Agency channel by
- Designing and executing innovative below the Line Sales Promotion Activities and Contests
- Develop analytical capabilities with support functions for assessing contest efficacy within approved Cost and Time Budgets
- Leading fulfillment and resolution for initiatives thereby impacting satisfaction scores positively
Indicative Time Allotment & Key Responsibilities
Development & documentation of Initiatives (35%)
- Conception, design, documentation, approvals and delivery of Reward and Recognition platforms for relevant channel constituents
Ongoing Assessment of contest efficacy (20%)
- Development of data based and field backing led assessment of contest efficacy with respect to qualifiers,spirants, lift in biz
- Liaise with Technology teams for report generation, publish performance track for sustaining excitement and improving traction
Adherence to contest timelines, budgets and costs (15%)
- Work within laid out costs and budgets and optimize spends
Innovation and creativity resulting in better agent / employee satisfaction (30%)
- Define innovative sales promotion material, drive win-win deals, ensure availability, emphasise speed and quality of execution, logistics
- Utilize and augment utilization of all communication mediums including Agent Portals
- Evolve new thinking on improving content of communication, learning and development agenda
- Creativity in promotion format, choice of give aways, industry benchmarking, continuous improvement
- Baseline satisfaction scores and improve thereon
ELIGIBILITY
1. Postgraduate Degree, MBA preferred
2. Total experience of 8-10 years in Sales promotion, Trade Marketing. Specific experience in leadership roles in Sales Promotion in Insurance industry will be an advantage.
3. Proven track record in project management with strong presentation skills and ability to lead teams
