Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ECS & other online payment options : End to end management of ECS/CC and other online payment options. Ensure timely registration & accuracy in ECS transaction process. Minimize complaints/repeat complaints. Manage ECS/CC post issuance processing. Manage outsourced ECS Processing at Genpact .
- Manage Overall Renewal & Retention Communication & IT: Effectively manage all communication being sent from Renewal, Recovery & ECS team. Ensure automation of all critical communication. Timely automation & correction of critical functional like CTP. Ensure that Renewal inputs are incorporated across New products.
- Compliance & Audit : Ensure regular audits and compliance on QCC and annual audits
- Support with relevant MIS/ Data/ Dashboards across Channels on Key metrics :Ensure functional dashboards- daily, weekly and monthly . Support channels with relevant, customized, data & MIS – SLA adherence, mandate registration, Transaction status etc
- Improve Persistency: Effectively partner in Persistency projects to meet Persistency goals across all channels and cohorts. Engage with key stakeholders including Channel Heads/ MNYL Distribution Heads / Persistency Leader etc
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in ECS and Communication process. Evaluate opportunity to maximize revenues from ECS process.
