Designation - Manager - Business Performance Management & Analytics

Location - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Scorecards / Dashboards / Reports and Data management

- Publish accurate and timely MIS for the HR and Operations & Customer Service Functions

- Understanding data/report needs of various allocated departments

- Conceptualize and Design Templates for New dashboard/ reports alongwith customer under the Performance Management framework

- Continuous improvement in current dashboards

- Performing QC of the submission details

- To consistently & accurately populate various dashboards as per plan

- Help channelize data and other inputs from various sources for respective deliverables

- Adhering to agreed TAT and accuracy of the data request

EDW/Technology Interface:

- Support delivery of EDW related items/new technology solutions (web and non-web based)

- Interaction with IT/ Vendor and Internal teams for innovative technological solutions to enhance team performance / efficiency

- Strong coordination and follow up with respective departments as per project timelines

- Drive UAT (Make test-plans, review results, Log defects, retest and closure)

Data Analysis

- Data analytics for Management support and decision making

- Provide quality trend analysis for management decision-making

- Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages

- Handle Ad-hoc analysis requirements for the senior management team

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

- 6 - 9 yrs of relevant experience

- Graduate, preferably MBA / Post Graduate

- Good Communication skills

- Good analytical skills with ability to Collate and Analyze Large Amount of Data Good team handling capabilities

- Understanding of MS Access / Excel / Business Objects

- Knowledge of Macros and VB/SQL is required
