Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development & Growth

Job Description:

Land Acquisition & Sourcing:

1. Identify and source potential land opportunities aligned with growth objectives.

2. Conduct site visits, assess growth potential, and perform preliminary due diligence.

3. Evaluate feasibility, zoning laws, and development control norms for Delhi NCR.

4. Structure deals, including acquisitions, joint developments, and joint ventures.

5. Maintain a network of developers, brokers, and landowning agencies.

6. Collaborate on financial analyses and feasibility studies with internal teams.

Regulatory & Legal Compliance:

1. Coordinate with regulatory bodies (HUDA, DTCP, NOIDA, GNOIDA, etc.) and development agencies.

2. Work with legal teams on due diligence and risk mitigation for acquisitions.

Financial Acumen & Deal Structuring:

1. Develop and negotiate deal structures ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

2. Prepare financial models and analyze reports to support decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement:

1. Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, consultants, and landowners.

2. Demonstrate strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

3. Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders and address development challenges proactively.
