Job Summary :
- The role entails MIS management & reporting, including analytics at portfolio level, employee productivity etc; Publishing reports in pre-defined formats for Leadership team, Business Partners.
- Transaction management and monitoring - application- to - policy issuance-, claims query at partner level(s). Ensure timely release of partner payouts and payment report generation thereof.
- Facilitate business planning, internal and external benchmarking
- Plan and run Rewards & Recognition program across Distribution partners and sales employees
Key Responsibilities :
A. Managing the transaction level ownership:
- Daily MIS reporting for performance marketing campaigns
- Manage daily transaction, Monitoring application to Issuance, Claims query at partner level
- System changes related to hierarchy
- Monthly commission and partner payment reports
B. Business planning :
- Provide support in business planning -- Annual Operating Plan;
- Internal/ External Benchmarking
C. Management information and reporting :
- Publish Dashboards with analysis and insights
- Provide inputs for presentations to the Management and stakeholders
D. Incentive and R&R :
- Supporting incentive and R&R designing and simulation
- Incentive calculation and payout communication to Finance
E. Governance and complaint management:
- Complaints management, leakage management and Governance around payment, incentive, commission, etc
- Audit fulfilment
F. Performance Management
- PIP and Bottom Quartile management - MIS circulation

Minimum Qualification
- University post graduate preferably MBA (part time or full time)
Minimum Experience :
- Overall Experience (7+ years), relevant in Health Insurance/ General Insurance and related Industries
- Training:Relevant certifications in the field of management information, business operations.
Salary Offered : 10-13 LPA
