A. Incentive & R&R
- Administer channel specific R&R, Sales Incentives for agents and employees of Agency business functions
- Work with the vendor to design creative to create visibility across offices
- Ensure timely delivery of published awards to qualifiers in a cost effective, and within budget allocations
B. MIS and reporting
- Publish monthly report/ dashboard on R&R program effectiveness and utilization
- Publish Dashboards with analysis of the impact created by the R&R
C. Event Management:
- Manage timely logistics of the event
- Work with key stakeholders for necessary approvals to ensure timely planning of the event
- Plan and administer a robust itinerary for seamless execution of the event
D. Vendor empanelment, management
- Identify, facilitate empanelment of suitable, relevant vendors through competitive bidding process to conduct events
- Negotiate on SLAs terms including costs
- Facilitate, process Vendor payments on timely manner in line to agreed SLAs, payment terms
Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
