- Job Evaluation
- Create and manage robust job descriptions and repository for all roles of the organization
- Undertake job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so
- Compensation structuring & benchmarking
- Designs basic compensation structures in the organization aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
- Responsible for annual compensation benchmarking with the help of a consulting firm and share the outcome for further analytics
- Help in designing a band wise pay range for all departments with the help of market data and internal parity.
- MIS Dashboard and HR Analytics
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze organization-wide people and other cross functional data as needed
- Publish HR dashboards/ reports of commonly watched numbers, metrics such as attrition data, budgeted vs. actual manpower, cost analysis on manpower, loading cost, Avg employee rate, etc. on weekly/ monthly basis
- Work closely with the Business process leads and identify areas of opportunity to improve processes on a proactive and recurring basis
- Incentive design (short term, long term, sales incentive)
- Designs effective reward and recognition systems to create a culture of appreciation in the organization
- Benefits management
- Manage the benefits portfolio of the organization for locations across India. This may include in changes in the state norms.
- Manage insurance renewal, execution of wellness benefits
- Performance Management
- Deploy the goal setting process for the organization. Ensure right cascading of management goals to function, leadership and team level goals
- Make continuous updates (as required) to role level goals / metrics & templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the metric
- Anchor the annual appraisal process
- Ensure system, data, stakeholder readiness for completion of the process
- Yearend and Adhoc process
- Managing salary calculator, manage labour compliance pertaining to compensation and benefits
- Providing support on Year End related Analytics and MIS
