Job Summary :
The job holder will be responsible for closely working with the sales and support team on proposals and pitches for business. This is an individual contributor role and the job entails market research, opportunity identification, targeting, negotiation, pre-sales documentation and developing go-to-market plans
A.Responsibilities:
Business development :
- Actively track the industry developments, competitor strategies and trends
- Provide insightful commentary about market and competitors and identify areas of opportunity and threats
- Responsible for end-to-end business development for a defined area; Identify & build pipeline for new partner alliances across Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and Digital/Fintech space
- Ability to work in and lead in a team environment and to effectively communicate and coordinate efforts across a large and complex organization (both internally and externally).
- Proven ability to conceive of, and execute on, new business models
Pre-sales
- Business proposals :
- Enabling business cases in coordination with Finance
- Go to market and project support
- Develop Go to market strategies for new partnerships
- Conceptualize business models and in-depth process designs
- Provide execution support and project tracking
- Provide ongoing support for partners post implementation
B.Measures of Success:
- On-boarding new partnerships
- Timely submission of high-quality business proposals
- Positive feedback and appreciation from business owners and decision makers
- Manage internal stakeholder to ensure go-to-market as per schedule
