Chief Manager/General Manager - Customer Value Proposition - Marketing
Job Summary :
Drive Customer Value management activities for the retail customers of Max Bupa, working closely with cross functional groups to drive customer recommendation and loyalty, resulting in incremental commercial value for the business
Experience: Experience in customer marketing, upsell/VAS campaigns with extensive application of data management/ analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Creation and execution of customer engagement campaigns across all segments
- Identification of pain points and moments of delight within the customers journey and creation of plans to address & amplify
- Construction of a customer value management framework and strategy which is based on customer life time value
- Develop propositions for various segments of customers along with products, analytics and renewals team to drive persistency and share of wallet
- Development and execution of marketing materials and content for customers and measurement of their success
- Develop, own and execute customer communication
- Management of agencies involved in these activities
- Work closely with Consumer insights team to feed into and drive output from customer listening posts and ensure the same is fed into new product development process and improvement of propositions and customer experience
Preferred Skill Set :
- Marketing/product management experience which should include developing and launching retention and cross sell campaigns
- Experience of operating in a regulated industry will be highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels;
- Clear communication and presentation skills;
- Extensive analytical and numerical skills
