Job Summary :
- Vice President / Sr. Vice President of Sales (India) would be responsible for the overall management of the territory, acquisition of new accounts that will make a contribution to Mavin's revenue growth by selling our products to enterprises and consumer internet companies.
- You will be part of a highly skilled team of Management Sales professionals working with Account Managers, Pre-Sales and Technology specialists.
Responsibilities :
- Own the complete sales process from prospect to close and lead seamless transitions to the accounts team.
- Participating in and actively shaping sales strategy, go-to-market and execution plan including revenue targets, quarterly targets and strategic objectives.
- Articulate Mavin's Enterprise SDK value proposition and provide a customized demo of our platform to prospective clients. Ability to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution to the customer.
- Deliver revenue goals by selling Mavin products in India.
- Communicate effectively internally to align resources (product, engineering, business operations etc.) to help meet client needs.
- Hire & mentor junior sales executives and post-sales account executives.
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
- 8-10 years of sales management experience in mobile, IT, Software, Services and Solution business within the Enterprise technology space.
- Successful track record in forecasting, leadership, sales planning, and sales operations with a track record of exceeding revenue quota and new customer adoption goals in India.
- Strong C level professional network among consumer internet ecosystem.
- Understanding of software sales process in BFSI, Entertainment, Mobile ecosystem will be an added advantage.
- Excellent grasp on mobile and advertising industry trends.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and a motivated self-starter.
- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Team player mentality with the ability to partner with internal and external partners.
- Masters in Business or related field.
- Traveling within the country is required.
