MAVI HOLDING - IT Business Analyst

Qualifications:

- BCA, B. Sc - IT, B. Tech or B.E Computer Engineering or any other field or,

- Any graduate with additional qualifications in IT or,

- Diploma in Information technology or equivalent.

Key deliverables & responsibilities:

- Actively engage with business teams and other stakeholders in anticipating requirements, identifying areas of improvement & provide technology solutions that support/ enhance business efficiencies.

- Be abreast with new product & technology innovations globally.

- Continuously endeavor to complement/enhance existing service offerings.

- Actively present new ideas for business process enhancements periodically.

- Support the Head of IT at Mavi in implementing various business solutions.

- Responsible for preparing & executing project charters, BRD and plans and deliver results within the agreed timelines.

- Should be adept at performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing UAT.

- Oversee the implementation of multiple software projects /products running concurrently.

- Partner with the global product team to build implementation guides and ensure its adherence on projects.

- Establish and maintain a blended iterative SDLC and product development methodologies to achieve consistent approach to project management.

- Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application level.

- Create direct channels of communication to software & application developers that get the job done.

Technical Skills:

- Should have a good understanding of networks, databases & other technology

- Should be well versed in SharePoint, SQL, Nintex and BPM tools, Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, MS Excel, QUIP

- Practical application ability with Microsoft Office, Power Point & Visio.

- Strong experience in user testing and project management.

- Practical knowledge XML, Database, Agile, Scrum, Jira, UI/UX design, Project life cycle management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 6- 10 years of extensive experience as a Business Analyst.

- Preferably from insurance, banking, or financial services industry

- Experience in setting up business process systems & technology deployment in Insurance, Finance & Auto industry will be an added advantage.
