BIOMETRIC IN ASIA

It's not just in Europe and the Americas that there are major gaps in the protection against occupational disability. That is why Biometric is focused on expansion in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC), with its Headquarters in Singapore. The contracts with leading reinsurance and insurance underwriters ensure Biometric's unparalleled reach within the APAC region.

In these APAC countries, Biometric works with local insurers to bring in a new concept of occupational disability insurance for income protection via employer group insurance or rider concepts attached to other insurances, loans or credit cards.

Role:

Assistant Vice President / Deputy Vice President/Vice President - Key Accounts

Experience:

8-14 years in managing client accounts independently, preferably in a lead role.

Experience in Banking, Insurance, or other financial services industry preferred.

Qualifications:

Graduate/ Post Graduate

Additional qualifications:

Diploma or PG Diploma courses in Insurance, Fintech, Insurtech Licentiate, Associate, Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India.

Certificate courses in Relationship Management, Fintech, Insurtech, Insurance

Responsibilities & Key deliverables

- Responsible for achieving planned revenue targets for Biometric India/Asia.

- Creates value for the client in terms of process, technology, and other needs.

- Drives client engagement through planned initiatives using digital, social media, etc.

- Works towards building Company brand by networking at various industry and business forums.

- Actively engages and collaborates with Clients & stakeholders.

- Keeps abreast with market best practices and explores avenues for increasing revenue.

- Supports business decision through market intelligence/ knowledge about competition.

- Ensures Client resources are well trained and possesses sound product knowledge.

- Identifies & optimizes cross selling channels for increasing revenue.

Technical Skills

- In depth knowledge of insurance functions like Claims, Operation & Underwriting.

- Knowledge of technological developments in insurance industry.
