- Understand briefs and develop original and creative communication messaging and content (org level strategy, priorities, changes and more)
- Proactively identify media and PR opportunities to promote key company messages, talent branding, offerings and thought leadership for company spokespeople
- Develop and maintain comprehensive media plan incorporating tier 1 dailies as well as publications
- Liaise with internal spokesperson, media agencies, journalists, editors, analysts, advisors and handling media enquiries
- Write, edit, and deliver content for various company communication vehicles (PR, blogs, interviews, articles) covering people, practices and solutions
- Identify relevant nomination opportunities for company awards and recognitions
- Work closely with other teams and spokespeople within the organization to stay up to date with insights and information needed for communications plans and materials
Key Requirements To Be Considered :
- Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Communications or MBA
- 8-12 years of experience in Information technology industry
- Skilled in translating external and internal trends into innovative and creative practices
- Possess a deep understanding of technology and/or financial industries
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Skilled at using data and analytics to develop insights, drive decisions and measure impact
