Assistant Manager - Human Resources Operations
- Responsible for On Boarding, BGV, EX employee verification
- Responsible for End to end process in PRISM (Internal HR MIS tool)
- Responsible for Leave Management System
- Responsible for accurate timely, quality inputs of the payroll data to finance department for the successful delivery of Monthly Payroll.
- Responsible for Internal and External quarterly and yearly Audits and ensuring seamless closure of the same.
- Handling HR ticketing system
- Responsible for creating personal files and maintaining them throughout the lifecycle of the employee
- Prepare the MIS reports (HR Dashboard)
- Post Graduate. MBA or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR operations
- Should have excellent MS office knowledge
- Team management experience will be an added advantage
