Sales Manager- Solar, Stationary, Battery
- Would be responsible for building and increasing the market share for the sales of Lithium-Ion Battery packs and solutions in stationary & mobility segment.
- To achieve the sales and revenue targets as well as growth of the business as per management guideline
- Marketing - Execute & Manage the regional & national marketing plan based on agreed road map that will drive business over a 6 to 18 months rolling window.
- Accountable for ensuring effective implementation of the agreed marketing plan utilizing the resources available and within corporate guidelines.
- Keep a close track of market developments and consumer trends.
- Track the movements of competitors - products, promotion, pricing, communication, positioning.
- Work with Design team to develop or improvise the products as per market requirement - Business Development
- Create strategy for new customer acquisition in OEM, C&I and Utility segment.
- Plan and formulate a cost-efficient budget for the sales operations function.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Customer Relation Management
