Job Summary
- To be in-charge of driving cross sell of Value Added Services (VAS), including foreign exchange, travel insurance and Bolton/data services. Ensure adherence of targets by the team, in line with organizational requirements
Profile dimensions
- Potential candidate be recruited as a deputy manager/manager depending on prior experience and size of last job handled.
Key Responsibility Areas
Part 1 - Business Acquisition (90%)
- Corporate Acquisition including small medium enterprises
- Build own customer database, preferably HNIs to self sell voice and value added services
- Assist sales team to x sell value added services to every potential client (retail/corporate)
- Open up more opportunities for X Sell by facilitating tie-ups with existing or new telecom operators / travel agents.
Part 2 - Business Acquisition (10%)
- Local Forex Vendors tie-ups for competitive currency procurement
- Build effective local controls to zeroise potential business losses
- Overall responsibility of inducting, training and building a high performance team
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, telesales, operations and other process owners, towards maximizing on ground business
Skill set required -
a) Minimum 7-8 years experience in Sales & MBA by qualification
b) High on inter personnel skills, on energy levels & extremely performance oriented approach
c) Willingness to work without a direct reporting team
d) Effective influencing, negotiation skills
