- Overseeing a location and responsible for ensuring the profitability of the branch as per AOP targets

- 100 plus (Across various functions)
Responsibilities
1) Revenue
- Attaining Sales numbers as per MOM targets defined as per AOP sensibilities
- New Business Pursuits
- Define and lay down action plans towards realization of targets
- Assign targets to team leaders to ensure focused efforts towards the attainment of sales objectives
- Review mechanisms with team members on a daily basis
2) Collections
- Work closely with credit control colleagues to ensure recoveries for respective locations
- Extend on payment scenarios across corporate and retail customers
3) People Management
- Manage direct and indirect reportees
- Work with Human Resources closely to ensure that hiring happens in a timely fashion (as per SLA’s) and ensure quality
- Act as a mentor to team members
4) Relationship Management
- Initiate and track voice of the customer
- Implement feedback mechanisms
5) Collaboration with Business Enablers
- Work with administration on infrastructure needs and improvement
- With Operations on Customer Care and stocks support
- With Human Resources on end to end HR aspects with regional HR business partners
- With Finance on branch financial intricacies
