Objective:

He/She will responsible to conceptualize a business model, strategy for execution, lead to successful business and scale up the business at a desired level
Desired Competencies:
- Experience to conceptualizing, modeling and executing business strategy into working model, build successful business and scale up.
- Highly energetic, business savvy management professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals
- Should have made a significant business impact / transformation in the previous assignments.
- A good Understanding of Internet / E-commerce/Photography space is desirable.
- Should have the potential to manage large cross functional teams across India.
Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy, Planning, Direction, Implementation and Operations
- P & L: Responsible for driving the revenue, controlling costs and ensuring profitability
- Marketing: Responsible for online and offline marketing (ATL/BTL) to acquire and retain customers and brand visibility, affinity and experience.
- Product: Add and enhance product features. Identify revenue opportunities across each customer segments. Enhance user experience
- Sales: Directly responsible for Planning, Coordinating, Implementing and Controlling Online, Telesales and Field Sales. Coordinate multi-channel sales: Retail and Others.
