Job Role :
This position provides direct oversight and management to coordinators and telecallers across regions and ensures 100 % lead conversion. Responsible to expand into new markets and new locations, improve individual and team productivity, generate new potential clients and renewal of existing clients and manage overall P&L accounts.

Key Deliverables :
- Manage the team of regional Photography consultants and relationship managers & ensure 100% lead conversions are made.
- Responsible for recruiting talent as full time or free lancers, and ensure optimum leads are fed to their bucket.
- Work Closely with the Regional Managers, Customer Service Managers in regions to generate leads for conversion
- Also concentrating on outbound wedding business sourcing through tie ups with wedding halls, Hotels, greeting card printers etc. for the regions
- Wedding Photography targets/Alliance photography targets to be met
- Maintain and ensure that pipeline is updated regularly
- Develop regular MIS reports on targets
- Lead internal review meetings for sales
- Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT
